Senara comes from Celtic roots and means "One Who Gives Light." Cerridwen is the Celtic Goddess of Birth, Transformation, and Inspiration—a keeper of wisdom, renewal, and the sacred journey of becoming.
Looking back, I can see that my life has always been a journey home to myself. Like a seed resting beneath the forest floor, I knew something within me was waiting to awaken. Through every season of my life—both the light and the shadow—I found myself searching for authenticity, deeper meaning, and the quiet truth of who I was created to be.
In 2018, I was introduced to Breathwork. From my very first experience, I felt something ancient stir within me. It was as though the breath became a gentle wind, clearing away what no longer belonged and inviting me to remember what had always been there.
I continued returning to the breath, allowing it to guide me, layer by layer. Through Breathwork Detox, I released old hurts, limiting beliefs, and emotions that had been stored within my body for years. Like leaves falling from an old oak in autumn, each release created space for new growth. The path wasn't always easy. Healing rarely asks us to remain comfortable. But with every step, I became lighter, freer, and more deeply rooted in my authentic self.
That journey eventually led me to become a certified Breathwork Detox Facilitator. Today, it is my privilege to hold sacred space for others as they begin—or continue—their own journey of healing and remembrance. Just as the forest does not rush the unfolding of spring, there is no need to force transformation. The breath knows the way.
One of the greatest gifts of this practice is that you do not need to understand every wound or remember every story. Your body carries an ancient intelligence. It knows what stored energy and emotions are ready to be released when you feel safe enough to let go.
Everything you seek already lives within you.
The breath is simply the bridge.
It carries you gently back to your own light.
And perhaps that is why the name Senara—One Who Gives Light—has always felt less like a destination and more like a calling.
